Payment, Shipping and Return Policy

For Malaysian Customer, all purchase done on Qanara Enterprise (Qanara.com and subdomain) are processed only by Malaysian Payment Gateway, Upay2u. Upay2u accept payment with major credit card (Mastercard / VISA), debit card (Mastercard / VISA), Major Malaysian Online Banking thru FPX including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Bank Islam, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Ambank, RHB Bank and many more (bank option will appear during payment), and Upay2u e-wallet.

For international customer (and local customers who have account with), we also enable PayPal and 2Checkout as a secondary payment gateway providers.

For any reasonable reason in event of cancellation, all request should be in written to admin@qanara.com.

Any goods which need be ship out, POSLAJU, SKYNET and GDEX are among the shipping providers powered by Malaysian Shipping Solution, EasyParcel. All goods should be at your door no later than 7 working days in normal operation basis.

International shipment with EMS and Aramex and should be at your door within 14 – 30 working days.

All return must be made within 14 days from receiving goods and only apply to damage due to delivery and within manufacturer warranty period to:
